Yes. All design purchases are one-time payments. Once you buy a pack, you own it forever and can use it on unlimited videos.

The Founder's Edition is a limited-time exclusive design, available for 3 weeks after launch. Everyone can buy it during that window — but only the first 100 receive a unique badge number (#001 — #100) and the permanent Founder badge. Once the window closes, the design will never be available for purchase again.
